Hizmet

Heedar; abonelik ve ücretsiz denemeleri takip etmene, yenilemelerden önce uyarılmana yardım eden bir web uygulaması ve tarayıcı uzantısıdır. Banka hesabına bağlanmaz, senin adına iptal ya da ödeme yapmaz.

Doğruluk ve sorumluluk sınırı

Uzantı sayfalardan fiyat ve tarih çıkarırken hata yapabilir. Kayıtları kontrol etmek, yenileme tarihlerini hizmet sağlayıcıdan doğrulamak ve iptali zamanında yapmak sana aittir. Bildirimler tarayıcı, işletim sistemi ve üçüncü taraf hizmetlerine bağlıdır; ulaşacaklarını garanti edemeyiz. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, kaçırılan uyarılardan ya da beklenmeyen ücretlerden doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz; toplam sorumluluğumuz son 12 ayda bize ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır.

Hesap

Hesabının güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun. Doğru e-posta kullan, şifreni kimseyle paylaşma. Kötüye kullanım, otomatik toplu istek ya da hizmeti bozma girişimi hesabın kapatılmasına yol açabilir.

Planlar ve ödeme

Başlangıç planı ücretsizdir ve sınırları vardır. Plus, aylık ya da yıllık yenilenen ücretli bir aboneliktir. Fiyat, ödeme öncesinde gösterilir; vergiler bölgene göre eklenebilir. Plus, iptal edene kadar dönem sonlarında otomatik yenilenir. İptal ettiğinde dönem sonuna kadar kullanmaya devam edersin. Ödemeler bir ödeme sağlayıcı üzerinden alınır; kart bilgilerini biz görmeyiz.

İade

İade koşulları iade sayfasında yazılıdır.

Fiyat ve özellik değişiklikleri

Fiyatı ya da planları değiştirirsek bunu yenilemeden en az 30 gün önce e-postayla bildiririz.

Fikri mülkiyet

Heedar yazılımı, markası ve tasarımı bize aittir. Kendi verilerin sende kalır; hizmeti sunabilmemiz için bizim kullanmamıza izin verirsin.

Fesih

Hesabını istediğin an silebilirsin. Koşulları ihlal edersen hesabını askıya alabilir ya da kapatabiliriz.

Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar, hizmeti sunan işletmenin kurulu olduğu ülkenin hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici olarak bulunduğun ülkenin zorunlu tüketici koruma hakları saklıdır.

The service

Heedar is a web app and browser extension that helps you track subscriptions and free trials and warns you before they renew. It does not connect to your bank and does not cancel or pay on your behalf.

Accuracy and limits of liability

The extension can make mistakes when extracting prices and dates from pages. Checking records, verifying renewal dates with the provider and cancelling on time remain your responsibility. Notifications and email alerts depend on your browser, operating system and third-party services; we cannot guarantee delivery. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages from missed alerts or unexpected charges, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Account

You are responsible for your account. Use a real email and keep your password private. Abuse, automated bulk requests or attempts to disrupt the service can lead to suspension.

Plans and payment

The Starter plan is free with limits. Plus is a paid subscription that renews monthly or yearly. The price is shown before you pay; taxes may be added depending on your region. Plus renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. After cancelling you keep Plus until the end of the paid period. Payments go through a payment provider; we never see your card details.

Price and feature changes

If we change prices or plans we will email you at least 30 days before your next renewal.

Intellectual property

The Heedar software, brand and design belong to us. Your data stays yours; you allow us to use it to provide the service.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. If you breach these terms we may suspend or close your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is established. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
